Production
Filming commenced in mid-April in Bulgaria and ended on May 5, 2012.[2] Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead and Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings director Declan O’Brien returned to write and direct the fifth installment.[3] Borislav Iliev returned to play Three Finger after playing the character in Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead.
